Last Friday, one of the many field trips going on was the UMKC Language Movie field trip. Every year UMKC accepts 5-10 minute films in the languages of French, German, Spanish and Chinese and judges them. Each film is graded based on the type of film, language, and experience level. Chinese students of all levels are especially excited as they find the best position in their seats, waiting for the movies to be shown.
