To me this is the most perfect, simple summer recipe. Though it might not be the cheapest, it is definitely a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
1 roll of sugar cookie dough
½ tsp of vanilla
6 oz of cream cheese
2 cups of powdered sugar (You may need more or less depending on the consistency of the “sauce”you want.)
Any and all of the fruit that you want! (I used blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple.)
Directions
Preheat the oven to bake the big cookie.
Take a pizza pan and cover it with the cookie dough so it looks like this…
Bake the cookie for the time the packaging says
Now for the sauce… Make sure the cream cheese is room temp and put it in the mixer
with the vanilla and powdered sugar.
Mix until it’s a consistency you like. You may want to add more powdered sugar to make it thicker.
After that you can cut up the fruit if you would like.
Once the cookie is done baking, take it out and let it cool. (I usually put it in the freezer for about 7-8 minutes to speed up the process.)
After it’s done cooling you can spread on the “sauce” and place the fruit on the pizza!
