The senior IB history students paid a visit to the Truman Library and White House Decision Making Center this past Thursday. The seniors had just recently studied the Cold War, so while there, the students took roles of important people concerning foreign policy in the Korean War. The different positions came up with their own plans for the United States to intervene in Korea during 1950 and also had a mock press conference. After they made their decisions, they had the chance to tour the Truman Library.
