As winter sports wind down, one team remains vigilant in their practices. Starting in November, archers train for weekly tournaments, already aiming to qualify for the state archery tournament. One of the many roadblocks faced is target anxiety, which is when an archer becomes nervous in front of the target and releases their arrow before they are ready. A technique to help archers beat their target anxiety, is when a coach or partner watches them to give them advice as to how they could better shoot.
