Summit Fair has had lots of new things added to it each month. Like they have Red Lobster and Olive Garden to start it off. When it’s strip mall got added, we got a Macy’s, JCPenny, Yogurtini( a common favorite), A sushi bar, SmallCakes(another big common favorite), Charming Charlie’s and many more. We also recently gotten a Chick-Fil-A and a new burrito bar called FreeB!rds which people think is taking the place of well known Chipotle.
Management Officer Feryell Scott, decides what new stores and restaurants go in at Summit Fair. She says that business is going great for all the new stores like FreeB!rds, because it is something quick and good.
“I can’t release the names of the upcoming stores but to tell you about them, we will have a new women’s fashion and accessory boutique, as well as a salon and spa but these are not official so I cannot release the names yet. They will be released as soon as the are approved and these should be out within the next few months,” says Scott. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m excited to find out what these stores could be.
